Let's see. On Tuesday, Kim got her tetanus shot updated, and five days later, she still has a sore arm and big knot. I guess the good news is that she can step on all the rusty nails she wants! Eric went to the gym every day this week, and was very excited that on Tuesday, a new movie was playing in the movie/cardio room. However, after running on the treadmill for 90 minutes and discovering the movie had another 40 minutes to go, he decided he'd just have to see the end another time.
This weekend was absolutely gorgeous. We were in the high 60s today, and it was wonderful to be able to go outside without a jacket! Yesterday, Eric met up with Kim's dad for an afternoon of fishing. Kim got a phone call about 4:30 saying she needed to get some side dishes ready because the boys were bringing home dinner. Uh oh! As you can see, the boys were very proud of themselves, and we had a nice grilled trout dinner.

Today, we enjoyed the gorgeous weather some more. Eric and Peanut went to the local bark park, and Peanut got to play with about 30 other dogs. Needless to say, he's currently zonked out on the recliner. Later in the afternoon, we ran to Home Depot (and bought a grinder) and the grocery store. Then we came home and went on a long walk with Peanut (did we mention he's sound asleep now)? For dinner, we lit up the ole grill again for some delicious burgers. We've also had our windows and French doors open all afternoon It doesn't get much better than this!
We've started thinking about some minor spring house projects: touching up paint, planting flowers and trees, mulching, etc. We're definitely looking forward to getting to work!
